Do you provide VISA support and invites for your events?

Yes, we provide standard conference support including invitation letters as needed.

While we cannot guarantee visa approval, we do offer the following:

• Paid tickets: Full refund if your visa is denied
• Membership/complimentary tickets: Transfer to an alternative event with validity extended for an additional 12 months
