Anyone can reach us through the following channels:

  • Live Chat – Available directly on our website.


    • Coverage Hours: Generally 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.

    • Typical Availability: 11:00 – 19:00 (Madrid time).

  • Email – helpdesk @emailexpert.org and we aim to respond in 48 hours.


Legacy members, professional, enterprise and company members have access to Slack for support during office hours.
